Return, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Policy
• A return or exchange may be requested within two days (48 hours) of receiving the product.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all tags and packaging.
• The product may be exchanged for another product, subject to availability. Any price difference must be paid if applicable.
• Products that have been altered or customized according to the customer’s request cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases covered by applicable law.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
• Orders cannot be canceled after they have been confirmed and the purchase has been completed.
• Customers may request to exchange the product for another product after receiving it, subject to the conditions stated above.
3. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product or a product that does not match your order, please contact us so we can process your request in accordance with the consumer rights applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
